Anduril Enters Space Domain with Acquisition of ExoAnalytic

Anduril Industries has agreed to acquire ExoAnalytic Solutions, a premier American firm specializing in satellite and missile tracking, for approximately $15.6 million. ExoAnalytic brings a global network of 400 telescopes for tracking space objects in geosynchronous Earth orbit. The company provides space situational awareness and missile tracking capabilities, which will be integrated into Anduril’s space portfolio for US military missions. Anduril plans to continue offering ExoAnalytic’s capabilities as a service to both government and industry customers. The acquisition was first reported by Breaking Defense.
