Electric Aircraft Developer Sees Strong Demand For Personal And Cargo Models
Israel-based electric aircraft developer AIR has announced that it has surpassed $1 billion in orders for its eVTOL aircraft, driven by strong demand for its AIR ONE personal aircraft and AIR Cargo heavy-lift unmanned aircraft. The company has received orders for 3,290 AIR ONE aircraft and more than 25 AIR Cargo aircraft, with two cargo aircraft already delivered. AIR expects to produce and deliver over 20 cargo aircraft this year, with current book revenue exceeding $35 million. The news was reported by AeroTime.
