UK-Based Company to Power New Aircraft with Advanced Electric Motors

Vertical Aerospace has selected UK-based Evolito to power its new Valo eVTOL aircraft. Evolito will provide an electric propulsion unit with advanced features, including lightweight and efficient architecture. The two companies are collaborating on certification with the UK CAA and EU EASA. Vertical Aerospace aims to enter service in 2028. This partnership may strengthen the British aerospace industry’s position in new generation clean aircraft technologies.
