Turkish Airlines has celebrated the addition of its 500th aircraft to its fleet, a unique Airbus A350-900 featuring a livery composed of individual photos of the carrier’s 100,000 employees and retirees. The ‘TK Family’ aircraft was officially unveiled at Istanbul Airport, marking a significant milestone in the airline’s 93-year history. Turkish Airlines has reaffirmed its ambition to reach 1,000 aircraft by 2036, with the new addition representing a major step towards this goal.
