Turkish Aerospace Expects Milestone In Saudi Arabia Partnership
Turkish Aerospace is awaiting a decision from Saudi Arabia regarding potential participation in its next-generation KAAN fighter program. According to Mehmet Demiroglu, the firm’s general manager, the decision is in its final stages, with possibilities including the sale of 20 planes or shared production. The program aims to achieve sixth-generation capabilities, with Turkish Aerospace also developing collaborative combat aircraft and a domestically produced engine.
