Singapore Aerospace Giant Enters Medium Lift Drone Logistics Market
ST Engineering has unveiled the DrN-600, a medium-lift cargo drone designed for autonomous air logistics. The drone has an eight-meter wingspan and a maximum takeoff weight of 600 kilograms, and can haul up to 100 kilograms of cargo over 70-100 kilometers. The DrN-600 is part of ST Engineering’s DroNet program, which aims to provide a comprehensive ecosystem for drone operations. The company has been developing unmanned systems since 2018 and has partnered with various organizations to test its drones for different applications. The DrN-600 is expected to undergo flight testing in the second quarter of 2026 and is targeted for certification in 2028, according to AeroTime.
