Qantas Launches Non-Stop Australia-Las Vegas Flights

Australian Carrier Expands North American Presence

Qantas has announced the launch of non-stop flights between Sydney and Las Vegas, starting from December 29, 2026, and running until March 12, 2027. The new seasonal route will operate three times weekly on Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, reducing travel time by up to five hours compared to current options. The Australian flag carrier’s expansion into Las Vegas becomes its 101st destination and eighth city in North and South America. According to Qantas International CEO Cam Wallace, Australians’ appetite for international travel continues to be strong, with the airline capitalizing on major Las Vegas events and seasonal demand.
