The US Navy is seeking to revolutionize its traditional carrier strike group model by introducing tailored forces that can be customized for specific missions. According to Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Daryl Caudle, this initiative aims to provide the service with greater flexibility and optionality in addressing the needs of combatant commanders.
