Lockheed Martin is opening a command and control software factory in Saudi Arabia, as part of the Kingdom’s efforts to localize defense production. The new facility will enable the rapid development of sovereign software applications and support their integration into Lockheed Martin platforms and systems. According to Lockheed, the factory will create a structured pathway for Saudi engineers and companies to design, develop, and integrate software into Lockheed Martin systems.
