Dubai Carrier Sees Revenue Growth Amid Mixed Profitability Results
flydubai has announced its highest turnover in 15 years, with a revenue of AED 13.6 billion (approximately US$ 3.7 billion) for the full financial year of 2025. Despite this growth, profitability remained stable, with EBITDA at AED 4 billion and profit before tax dropping to AED 2.2 billion. The airline carried 15.7 million passengers and expanded its network and fleet, adding nine new destinations and nine aircraft. flydubai’s CEO announced major aircraft orders with Airbus and Boeing during the Dubai Airshow 2025, which may accelerate the airline’s growth in the coming years, as reported by AeroTime.
