UAE Carrier Boosts Trade Volumes Amid Growing Demand
Emirates SkyCargo is expanding its cargo capacity in India with the deployment of two additional weekly freighter aircraft starting in March 2026. The move aims to capitalize on growing trade volumes between the UAE and India, with new routes including a weekly freighter to Mumbai and a direct weekly freighter to Ahmedabad. Emirates currently operates three weekly freighters to India and transports significant volumes of pharmaceuticals, perishables, and other goods.
