Embraer Announces Entry into Final Phase of C-390 Assembly at Singapore Airshow

Embraer unveiled the first C-390 Millennium for the South Korea Air Force during the Singapore Airshow 2026, marking a significant step in assembly. The aircraft will now move to production flights before integrating specific systems to fulfill ROKAF requirements. According to Embraer, this achievement represents a major milestone following South Korea’s selection of the C-390 for its Large Transport Aircraft (LTA-II) program. Bosco da Costa Junior, President and CEO of Embraer Defense & Security, stated that the progress demonstrates both the efficiency and maturity of their production line and the strength of their partnership with DAPA, ROKAF, and Korean suppliers.
