Canadian Aerospace Manufacturer Enters US Market with Velocity Maintenance Solutions Deal

Bombardier has acquired MRO and AOG service provider Velocity Maintenance Solutions as part of its expansion into the US market. The acquisition includes Velocity’s team, hangar, and mobile response trucks, according to AeroTime reports. Bombardier confirmed that the deal was completed through its US subsidiary, Learjet Inc., and that it will support business aviation customers worldwide. According to a spokesperson for Velocity Maintenance Solutions, the company will continue delivering trusted service and support with the added strength of Bombardier behind it.
