Turkish Defense Giant Sees 15 Percent Real Growth Amid Export Boom
Turkish defense electronics giant Aselsan announced a 15% increase in revenue to $4.11 billion in 2025, driven by a surge in new export contracts and a focus on air defense systems. The company secured over $2 billion in new export contracts, marking a 104% increase from the previous year. Aselsan also invested $1.36 billion in research and development, a 40% increase from last year. The growth comes as the company expands its presence in the global defense market, with notable contracts including a $410 million deal with Poland for electronic warfare systems.
