All Nippon Airways (ANA) has announced the appointment of Juichi Hirasawa as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President, effective April 1, 2026. Hirasawa, a long-time industry veteran, will succeed Shinichi Inoue, who has held the top post since April 2022. As CEO, Hirasawa will oversee the integration of AirJapan into the mainline airline and the full integration of Nippon Cargo Airlines, which was fully acquired by ANA in August 2025.
