Admiral Says Operation Sets New Standard For Joint Operations
The leader of US Special Operations Command, Adm. Frank Bradley, has praised the recent operation to capture former Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro, saying it set a new standard for joint operations. The mission, known as Operation Absolute Resolve, involved over 150 aircraft and multiple branches of the military, and demonstrated the effectiveness of integrated, interagency operations. Bradley emphasized the need for ’exquisite and attritable effects’ in future operations, and suggested that commercial technologies, such as FPV drones, could play a key role.
