Artificial Intelligence To Simulate Adversary Actions In Orbital Warfare
Slingshot Aerospace has been awarded a $27 million contract to help modernize training of Space Force Guardians, utilizing the company’s TALOS AI to simulate an adversary’s actions during orbital warfare scenarios. The AI is trained on Slingshot’s extensive library of real-world orbital observations, allowing it to respond realistically and dynamically to trainees’ moves. The contract, awarded through a Space Force Commercial Solutions Opening, builds on a previous award and aims to integrate industry-proven tools into a single solution for realistic training.
