Safran Sells Stake in EZAir to Embraer

French Aerospace Firm Exits Aircraft Interior Partnership

Safran and Embraer have agreed to end their aircraft interior partnership in Chihuahua, Mexico, with Safran selling its stake in EZAir to the Brazilian planemaker. The joint venture, which employs 1,100 people, manufactures Embraer’s aircraft interiors, including those for the E-Jets E1 and E2 regional aircraft.
