Textron Aviation has announced Prent Corporation as the lead aircraft, Dove 1, for the 2026 Special Olympics Airlift, marking the beginning of a nationwide effort to transport athletes and coaches to the USA Games in Minnesota’s Twin Cities. As the first arrival, Prent Corporation sets the tone for hundreds of volunteer pilots and aircraft owners who will follow. The airlift, organized by Textron Aviation, has transported over 10,000 athletes since its inception in 1987. This year’s event is expected to be one of the largest, with tens of thousands of fans attending. The announcement was made by Textron Aviation, according to the company’s press release.
