Pilatus Announces Flagship U.S. Facility in Sarasota, Florida

Pilatus has commenced construction on a new flagship sales, service and production facility at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport in Florida. The project marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Pilatus in the United States. According to Markus Bucher, CEO, the facility will set new standards for quality, expertise, and technology in the southeastern U.S. The expansion is part of a larger effort to integrate US subsidiaries into a single company, creating around 400 employees across the country. In Florida alone, Pilatus plans to create approximately 200 new jobs over the next five years. Breaking Defense reports that the project reflects a solid partnership between Pilatus and local organizations.
