US Aviation Regulator Calls for Improved Pilot Training, Manufacturer Guidance

The US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is urging immediate action after two fatal Hawker business jet crashes during required post-maintenance stall test flights. The NTSB found that pilot training and qualification standards are being questioned, and manufacturer guidance on handling unexpected stall behavior is lacking.
