Five-Year Plan Targets Enhanced Customer Touchpoints And Infrastructure
Hawaiian Airlines has announced a $600 million investment program aimed at revamping its passenger experience and infrastructure over a period of five years. The Kahu’ewai Hawai’i Investment Plan will cover most of the airline’s customer touchpoints, from aircraft interiors and airport facilities to IT platforms. The carrier’s Airbus A330 fleet will undergo a full cabin refit, and a new flagship lounge will be built at its Honolulu base. The investment also includes digital transformation and sustainability initiatives, such as the purchase of Sustainable Aviation Fuel.
