Embraer and Adani Defence & Aerospace Join Forces for Indian Regional Transport Aircraft Project

Embraer has entered into a strategic partnership with Adani Defence & Aerospace to develop an integrated regional transport aircraft ecosystem in India. According to AeroTime, this project aims to establish an assembly line for Embraer regional aircraft in the country. The collaboration covers areas such as manufacturing and supply chain management, as well as aftermarket services and pilot training. This initiative fits within India’s Aatmanirbhar Aviation vision, which seeks to increase the scope and capabilities of the Indian aerospace industry with strategic independence in mind.
