Lawmakers Boost Munitions Funding, Support F/A-XX Development
House and Senate appropriators have agreed on an $838.7 billion defense budget for fiscal 2026, which includes a boost in funding for munitions and support for the development of the F/A-XX sixth-generation fighter. The bill also provides funding for various military programs, including the E-7 Wedgetail and the B-21 Raider.
