Small Commuter Airplane Crashes In Remote Region Near Venezuelan Border
A small commuter airplane operated by Satena crashed in a remote region of northeast Colombia, killing all 15 people on board, including a sitting lawmaker and a congressional candidate. The Beechcraft 1900D was on a scheduled domestic flight from Cúcuta to Ocaña when it lost contact with air traffic control about 12 minutes into the flight.
