New Leader Takes Helm Amid Leadership Transition

Airbus Helicopters has confirmed Matthieu Louvot as its new CEO, succeeding Bruno Even who is stepping down to pursue other objectives. Louvot, currently Executive Vice-President Strategy for Airbus, will lead the division from April 1, 2026. In a statement, Guillaume Faury praised Even’s leadership and expressed confidence in Louvot’s ability to drive growth. The new CEO has extensive experience in the helicopter industry and is expected to build on the division’s recent success, including a 16% revenue increase in the first nine months of 2025.
