United Airlines Expands Fleet with Fuel-Efficient Aircraft
United Airlines has signed a purchase and leaseback arrangement with SMBC Aviation Capital for 20 Boeing 737 MAXs, set to arrive by the end of 2026. The deal is the airline’s third major agreement with the lessor, following previous transactions for Airbus A321neo aircraft and Boeing 737 MAX 8 jets.
