Ryanair Abused Dominant Position to Hinder Travel Agents
The Italian competition authority has fined Ryanair €255.7 million for allegedly abusing its dominant position in the Italian market. The airline was accused of blocking or complicating online travel agents’ access to its services, and coercing travel agents into making unfair distribution agreements.
