General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is investing heavily in artificial intelligence (AI) to empower its employees and improve process efficiency. According to GDIT President Amy Gilliland, the company is using AI to help employees find new jobs within the company and is exploring its potential to write code and process proposals. GDIT has also implemented an AI tool for internal mobility and has opened a new Mission Emerge Center for AI demos. The company’s efforts were reported by Breaking Defense.
