Cirrus Aircraft Expands Access to Advanced Safety Features in Brazil
Cirrus Aircraft has announced that its SR Series G7+ with Safe Return Emergency Autoland has received approval from Brazil’s National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC). The system, powered by Garmin, enables passengers to safely land the aircraft in the event of an emergency. Additional features include Automatic Database Updates and Runway Occupancy Awareness. Cirrus Aircraft CEO Zean Nielsen said the approval is an important milestone for customers in Brazil. The company has seven locations in the US and is recognized as the global leader in personal aviation.
