Bombardier Celebrates Entry into Service of Revolutionary Business Jet

After over a decade of development and testing, the first owner of the Bombardier Global 8000 has received their aircraft, signaling the entry into service of the fastest civil aircraft since Concorde. The aircraft features a top speed of Mach 0.95 and is powered by GE Aerospace’s Passport engine. Bombardier President and CEO Éric Martel praised the hard work and dedication of his team in creating this revolutionary aircraft. Chartright Air Group has taken operational custody of the first Global 8000, marking an important milestone for the Canadian aerospace industry.
