Airbus has been forced to cut its commercial delivery targets for 2025 due to a fuselage panel flaw affecting its A320 Family jets. The company has downgraded its target from around 825 deliveries to 790, citing a supplier quality issue. According to Reuters, the flaw involves affected parts having the wrong thickness, and 628 aircraft need to be inspected, including 168 already in service. Despite this, Airbus maintains its financial guidance, targeting an EBIT Adjusted of around €7.0 billion and Free Cash Flow before Customer Financing of around €4.5 billion, as reported by AeroTime.
