Latvian Carrier Expands Fleet with New Airbus A220-300
airBaltic has welcomed its 51st Airbus A220-300 jet, marking the second delivery of this aircraft type to the airline this year. The aircraft features wider seats, larger windows, and upgraded lavatories, and is significantly quieter and more fuel-efficient than older aircraft. airBaltic plans to equip its fleet with free SpaceX Starlink internet by the end of 2025. The airline first launched in-flight internet on one of its A220-300 aircraft in February 2025. This is reported by AeroTime.
