AeroTime: ZeroAvia, Hybrid Air Vehicles Develop Hydrogen-Powered Airlander 10
ZeroAvia has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hybrid Air Vehicles to develop a zero emission, hydrogen-powered version of the Airlander 10. The partnership aims to achieve an emissions reduction of up to 90% compared to similar capacity aircraft. ZeroAvia’s first generation 600kW hydrogen-electric powertrain has already passed regulatory milestones and secured hundreds of pre-orders. The company plans for commercial certification by 2025.
