Lithuania's Capital Airport Gets Futuristic New Terminal Design
Zaha Hadid Architects has secured the contract for a new arrivals terminal at Vilnius Airport, Lithuania, through a competitive public tender. The 12,500-square-meter terminal will transform the arrival experience for millions of passengers, featuring expanded retail and hospitality areas, as well as new offices for airport staff. The project is expected to open by the end of 2028. This marks a significant win for the London-based studio, which has become synonymous with futuristic airport design.
