US Aviation Industry Sees Tariff-Free Access Restored with New Trade Deals

The United States has reached new trade agreements with Switzerland and South Korea, eliminating tariffs on aircraft and parts. This restores tariff-free access for manufacturers and operators in both countries, following similar zero-tariff arrangements with the European Union, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Pilatus Aircraft has resumed deliveries to US customers after previously halting shipments due to a 39% tariff imposed by the Trump administration.
