Qatar Airways Enhances Presence in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Amid Growing Tourism Demand

Qatar Airways has announced plans to expand its services in Saudi Arabia with the introduction of new flights to Hail International Airport and increased frequencies at King Abdulaziz International Airport and King Khalid International Airport. The airline will operate three weekly flights to Hail, starting from January 5, 2026. This expansion is part of a successful year for Qatar Airways in Saudi Arabia, which includes the resumption of flights to Abha International Airport and the launch of non-stop flights to The Red Sea. According to AeroTime, CEO Engr. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer cited growing tourism demand as driving the expansion.
