Navy Establishes New Office to Accelerate Acquisition Process
The Navy is hosting a briefing on the Naval Rapid Capabilities Office, a new entity established to accelerate the acquisition process. Navy Secretary John Phelan established the RCO in August, which will serve as the single accountable organization for naval warfare domains.
