Swiss Regional Carrier Expands E-Jet Fleet with New Order

Helvetic Airways placed a new firm order for 3 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, with options for 5 more, at the Dubai Airshow 2025. The order will allow the Swiss regional airline to increase its E2 fleet from 12 to 20 aircraft, enhancing its operational flexibility and sustainability goals. The E195-E2 features modern Recaro seating and efficient design. This is Embraer’s first major order for the E195-E2, and it comes after the airline’s successful operation of the E190-E2 and E195-E2 aircraft for Swiss International Air Lines.
