Firefly Aerospace is partnering with Kratos Defense and Security Solutions as part of the MACH-TB 2.0 team, a national coalition driving the next era of American hypersonics. Led by Kratos, the initiative aims to advance hypersonic testing, enabling rapid innovation and deployment of critical defense technologies. Firefly’s Alpha launch vehicle is being utilized for this purpose, supporting U.S. interceptor capabilities. Breaking Defense reports that Firefly Aerospace is proud to serve as a launch partner for Kratos in support of another critical national security program.
