Emirates Partners with Rolls-Royce for Advanced Engine Maintenance

Emirates has announced plans to build a new Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility for its Trent 900 engines at the Emirates Engineering Maintenance Centre (EEMC) in Dubai, starting in 2027. The facility will be used for fan case repairs, while Rolls-Royce will manage module repairs through its global network. The agreement follows a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Emirates and Rolls-Royce at the Dubai Airshow 2025. Emirates has also extended its TotalCare service agreement with Rolls-Royce into the 2040s. The partnership was first reported by AeroTime.
