DXB Sees 24.2 Million Passengers in Q3 2025, Boosting 12-Month Traffic to Record High
Dubai International Airport (DXB) has set a record for its busiest quarter in 65 years, with 24.2 million passengers welcomed in Q3 2025. The airport’s 9-month traffic reached 70.1 million passengers, a 2.1% increase from last year, while 12-month rolling traffic hit a record 93.8 million passengers. The airport’s operational performance remained strong, with 90% of bags handled within 45 minutes of aircraft arrival. The airport is preparing for its eventual handover to Dubai World Central - Al Maktoum International (DWC) in the early 2030s, with ongoing upgrades to improve the passenger experience.
