De Havilland Canada Partners with IndiaOne Air for Regional Aviation Expansion

De Havilland Canada has signed a Letter of Intent with IndiaOne Air to acquire up to 10 Twin Otter Series 300-G aircraft. The aircraft is suitable for IndiaOne Air’s operations in remote and underserved regions of India. De Havilland Canada will also offer a retrofit option for Starlink in-flight internet on its Dash 8-400 aircraft. This partnership was announced at the Dubai Airshow on November 18, 2025. The announcement was made by Kumar Garg, CEO of IndiaOne Air, and Ryan DeBrusk, Vice President, Sales and Marketing at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada. The contract was reported by AeroTime.
