Cessna's New Private Jet Enters Service with Advanced Features
Cessna has received FAA certification for its new Citation Ascend private jet, which features a new cockpit, improved performance, and a luxurious cabin. The aircraft is part of the Citation 560XL family and boasts advanced avionics and engines. Textron Aviation confirmed the certification on November 6, 2025, after two flight test aircraft completed over 1,000 flight hours and certification tests. The Citation Ascend is now available for entry into service before the end of the year.
