AMAC Aerospace AG has signed an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Services agreement with Alpha Star, a Riyadh-based private aviation operator. The deal was formalized at Dubai Airshow 2025. AMAC Aerospace will provide AOG assistance to Alpha Star’s private jets, with both companies aiming to expand their partnership as Alpha Star grows. The agreement underscores AMAC’s investment in the MRO market, according to Waleed Muhiddin, AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG’s chief marketing officer. This partnership supports Alpha Star’s long-term ambitions under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy, as noted by CEO Abdulnasser Alkheraif.
