Air Force Names New DRPM for Critical Major Weapons Systems

The US Air Force has nominated Lt. Gen. Dale White for the role of direct reporting portfolio manager (DRPM) for Critical Major Weapons Systems. White, currently the Air Force’s military deputy for acquisition, will oversee the development of the LGM-35A Sentinel ICBM systems, Minuteman III ICBM systems, B-21 Family of Systems, F-47 Family of Systems, and VC-25B Presidential Airlift. The DRPM role will be established over the next few months, pending Senate confirmation. Breaking Defense was first to report the nomination, which was confirmed by the Air Force in a statement.
