The company ranks 5th among engineers and 24th among business professionals in the 2025 ranking. According to Universum, nearly 11,300 French executives were surveyed between May and September 2025. Dassault Aviation’s strong brand reputation and competitive benefits may contribute to its appeal as a workplace. However, Breaking Defense notes that this ranking is based on self-reported data from executives and may not reflect the company’s actual performance or market position.
