Dassault Aviation Expands Global Maintenance Network with New Florida Facility
Dassault Aviation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dassault Aviation, has opened a major new maintenance facility at Melbourne Orlando International Airport. The 250,000 square-foot complex can accommodate all current Falcon models and offers a range of inspection, repair, and overhaul activities. The facility is part of Dassault’s global maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) network, which now spans over 40 service locations worldwide. The company’s Chairman and CEO, Eric Trappier, stated that the new center reflects Dassault’s belief in the U.S. market and the future of aerospace in Florida. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis also welcomed the investment, citing the state’s skilled workforce, pro-business environment, and commitment to innovation. The facility is intended to serve customers across North and South America and beyond.
