Cirrus Enhances Flight Training on West Coast
Cirrus Aircraft has expanded its recurrent Vision Jet flight training capability at Cirrus Scottsdale, constructed by CAE. The new simulator will accommodate 45 pilots per month and is expected to support the growing demand for Vision Jet training. Cirrus is recruiting additional staff to support the new facility, which is located near Scottsdale Airport. Cirrus One provides Cirrus flight training services for the SR Series and Vision Jet pilot services. The company’s CEO, Zean Nielsen, stated that the expansion will make Vision Jet flight training more accessible to customers on the West Coast. Cirrus is the recognized global leader in personal aviation and the maker of the SR Series piston aircraft and the Vision Jet, the world’s first single-engine Personal Jet. Cirrus has seven locations in the United States and has a strong reputation for innovation and safety, as demonstrated by its inclusion of the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System as standard equipment on all its aircraft.
