Piper Aircraft Expands Aerospace Education and Training with Underserved Community
Piper Aircraft, Inc. has entered into a historic fleet agreement with the University of North Dakota’s John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences (UND Aerospace) for up to 188 aircraft, valued at approximately $155 million. This partnership, which solidifies a nearly four-decade-old relationship, will provide UND Aerospace with the necessary aircraft for training and support. The agreement was announced today at the EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Piper Aircraft Inc. is a leading manufacturer of general aviation aircraft.
